One of our favourite meals is my wife’s home-made won ton noodles. So every time she decides to cook it, we take it as a special treat.
As usual, my wife did have some added extras to the meal.
The firs step is to cook the noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Then the trick is to take it out and dip into cold water to stop the cooking.
The other ingredients are then added into the dish: Pak choi, won ton, deep fried bean curd (extra ingredient) and roast pork (also extra ingredient).
I do like to add a dollop of ketchup to it, as it does add a little extra flavour to the dish; my youngest daughter also likes our ‘secret ingredient’.
Suffice it to say that we enjoyed the meal immensely. And it was not that difficult to cook (according to my wife).
