Veggetti from JML

A few months ago, I had noted a device called Veggetti from JML which is essentially a spiralizer which is able to slice certain vegetables into long thin strips to look almost like spaghetti. It is said to work well with cucumbers, courgette and carrots, and replaces the pasta in the spaghetti with vegetables – healthier and lower-caloried option. I mentioned this to my wife who immediately dismissed it. But as it happens, a few weeks later due to her becoming more health-conscious and for reasons mentioned before in a previous post, she decided that this was now a good idea.
