Following the birthday party we went to, my wife was motivated once more to do some lovely cooking for our family. This was mainly driven by the fact that she had not cooked for us for quite a few days due to her attending a medical conference and us going to the birthday party.
There were 5 dishes in total. My favourite was the pan-fried scallops and asparagus which was lovely. The other dishes were steamed sea bream, calamari rings, stir-fry ginger beef and fried prawns with vegetables.
Very nice meal indeed.
