Now once in a while we do get a craving for certain chinese dishes. But as my wife has learnt how to cook many of these, and sometimes even better than the ones which can be purchased from chinese takeaways or restaurants. One of these is her Fried Kway Teow (flat rice noodles).
Trust me when I say that this dish tastes as nice as it looks. The only downside is that it tastes so delicious, that often I feel that I could do with some more. Anyway, I will let the pictures do all the talking.
It does really taste authentic, but only healthier; no animal fat used to cook it.
