On the Sunday just gone on 19/6/16, the world celebrated Father’s Day. My family decided that they would collectively cook a lovely meal for me. They know that one of my favourite meals is my wife’s home-made beef lasagne.It was a collective effort, with my oldest daughter cooking the white sauce and my youngest cooking the red sauce. And once the beef and layers of lasagne pasta were placed in the ceramic oven baking tray, it took 40 minutes to cook in the oven.
They also bought and baked a loaf of Garlic bread for the meal.
It was then served with leafy salad and Mozarella cheese.

Suffice to say that it was a great meal which I thoroughly enjoyed.
